Baptist Global Mission (BGM) is a world-wide outreach of local Baptist churches in the USA to mission fields around the world.  Its unique purpose is to reproduce biblical churches wherever God opens doors and provides the means to go through them.  Its purpose is also to provide Christian workers around the world with tools necessary to effectively minister for Christ in their field of labor.

Baptist Global Mission has grown out of the vision of Dr. Peter Slobodian, who is the Founder and President.  Dr. Slobodian is Ukrainian and has preached the gospel in Europe and South America for half a century.  Having preached in Russian and Ukrainian across the former Soviet Union on short-wave radio, Dr. Slobodian's ministry was greatly expanded when the Iron Curtain fell.  Now, through Baptist Global Mission, he is able to travel extensively in those countries, continue the radio ministry in his native tongue, and continue to train many national workers to build new churches.

Baptist Global Mission continues to expand its outreach with helpful literature, Bible institutes operating in the U.S. and in Ukraine, and evangelistic meetings.
